		<description>I totally agree. Just doing aerobics is great to lose weight and get in shape, but if you don&#039;t want to lose muscle tone you will also need to add some weight training. Weight training also boosts the metabolism for a lot longer than aerobic exercise.</description>

		<description>I started doing boot camps about three years ago.  I had to see what it was all about.  I have worked out all my life, but mostly cardio type exercising.  I was in a rut and needed a change.  From day one I was hooked.  I am stronger and the most fit I have ever been in my life.  I not only learned a new way to workout I also learned that, while I was always a good eater that there was even a better way to eat.  I have changed my diet completely since starting boot camp.  I feel the best I have ever felt in my life.  I just turned 40 two weeks ago and feel like I am still in my twenties ( most days).
Boot camp is a tough workout, but the results are amazing!!</description>
