Developed for athletes and non-athletes alike, Peak’s Teen CORE program offers cutting edge fitness and sports performance training led by our energetic team of certified fitness coaches. Many of our Teen CORE coaches are former professional and/or collegiate athletes.
Each Teen CORE / Youth Fitness – Combine 360 workout includes:
- Fundamentals & Movement – teach proper exercise and movement form
- Dynamic Warm-up: improve flexibility and prevent injury
- Conditioning - improve cardio conditioning and endurance
- FAST Training – Functional Agility & Speed Training – increase speed, agility and quickness
- Metabolic Strength Training – fire up your teen’s metabolism to burn fat, while building lean muscle through total body – functional strength training
- Fun – our coaches keep each workout fun, while motivating and encouraging your teen to be their best!
