How does our group personal training work?

Our group training classes are a based on a  scientifically designed programming
style that varies total body strength and metabolic conditioning. These sessions
vary daily and are led (coached) by one of our world class fitness coaches.
Every workout includes strength, cardio and CORE and will
challenge you to DIG DEEP.

What is Total Body Strength Training?

Doing total body exercise sessions are extremely
beneficial for a person with a goal of exercising for improved health,
overall general conditioning, fat loss and increased metabolism. It incorporates
the important areas of strength training in a research-based, bio-mechanic order
that the body best responds too.

What is Metabolic Cardio Conditioning?

Training that incorporates high intensity intervals by means of weight resistance
exercise and lighter equipment usage. Utilizing balls, bands, ropes, body weight
spin bikes, incline treadmills and your body as the machinge, you will be training
with full body resistance instead of muscle isolation exercises as well as doing
“cardio” intervals while having shorter recovery periods in between.
